Fit and fabric Plus

Fit. This is the 2025 generation and it runs one size small: size up for the classic fit, or stay with your usual size for a leaner cut. The 2026 generation is true to size.

Fabric. 64% cotton, 36% polyester. The cotton is the softness; the polyester is the wrinkle resistance and the durability. Pre-shrunk.

 Care Plus

Machine wash cold, tumble dry low. Pre-washed and pre-shrunk, so the size you buy is the size you keep. Wrinkle resistant, which means it survives a suitcase and a Tuesday.

45-day free returns and exchanges. Wrong size? Swap it. We cover the shipping and the portal takes about a minute. Returns need to come back like new: unworn, unwashed, no odor (try it on after a shower, not after a run), no dog hair for allergy reasons. Anything else may get a 20% rework fee.

        Why we built this

        We wanted one shirt that could do it all: comfortable enough to live in, sharp enough to show up in, and durable enough to outlast trends (and your laundry cycle).

        Most business casual shirts felt flimsy or are high-maintenance, so we made one that isn’t. Best known for it's good looking tailored fit, comfortable knit material, and modern hidden button down collars.

        Awesome shirt! Comfortable, well crafted, and the collar that keeps it's shape is spectacular. No need for excessive ironing, and the length is perfect for a short guy like me. my only criticism is that it is tight around the chest and torso for an athletic build. The delivery specified that the batch ran small so I went up a size, but it is still very form fitting. it looks good, but it is not a relaxed fit. I will buy again. We have more stretch, slightly larger chest and torso, and generally more relaxed.         Great shirts, the new fabric is lighter and stretches a bit more. For the long sleeves, this is great! For the short sleeve, it was less of an issue for me, but it feels great. I had a tailor shorten the sleeves on the short-sleeved shirt, but this was purely a matter of personal preference.

        I pretty much don't wear cotton anymore - merino wool and various tech fabrics only. But I've been having trouble finding shirts with collars that have some structure instead of just flopping. I saw these and took a chance on your cotton/poly fabric in blue, black and gray. They fit well and are sleekly flattering on my no longer quite so sleek body. The collar is quite nice. The fabric feels better than straight cotton, is thinner, and hangs well. It is a bit more sticky in arm pits on a hot, humid day like today than my merino, but not too bad. The perspiration also doesn't dry as quickly as merino. All in all, I am happy with these shirts. Could use a few more colors/tones.

        Operational Questions
        What happens if I don't like it, want to swap out, or it doesn't fit? Plus

        We have a free returns and exchanges for 45 days. You can click returns & exchanges in our header and there is an automated process that will give you a QR code to return the product. We cover the shipping costs for returns and exchanges.
        Can I return "Last call" shirts I bought at a sale? Plus

        Last call sales cannot be returned, but can be exchanged or credited with store credit. You'll receive the total minus a small shipping fee. Only final sale items have exchange fees to cover shipping, because they are discounted so heavily.
        When will you ship my order? Plus

        Pre-order items ship late September. In-stock orders ship within 2 days of your order date. From there, you can expect it to arrive within the timeframe of the shipping you chose. For orders over $150, you have the option to take complimentary shipping, which takes 2-5 days depending on where you live.
        What if my package is lost or stolen on the way? Plus

        We offer package protection through Route, which is package insurance protection. 0% of that fee is taken by Noble Threads. It's a pass-through of protection. With wildly rising package theft, we think this is the right move and we recommend it.

        If you do not opt into the protection, you can open a claim with USPS/UPS and they'll eventually give you a refund (though it's pretty slow).

        If it's our fault, and not the shipping provider, we'll cover it no questions asked. We record all of our shipments for quality assurance.
